Delivery/Payment Options

Payment Options:

Paypal is our preferred method of payment due to it being an extremely secure way of paying for your purchases and you no longer need to have an account with Paypal to pay with debit or credit card just choose the option to pay as a guest.   Read’s Creations are able to take payment over the phone on 07886656438 – on a secure terminal.

We accept cheques or Postal Orders and if you Contact Us with your requirements, we will send you an Invoice vai email for payment. As soon as the cheque is cleared by the bank we will commence customisation of your purchase.  Please allow 7 days for cheque clearance and, depending on the bespoke nature of your purchase up to 5 – 14 further days to postage date.  For standard decorative boxes the item will be posted within 4 days of cheque clearance.

If you bank online, a direct bank transfer is also an option – please Contact Us if you would prefer this method and we will advise you of our bank details. This method normally takes 3-5 days for payment to be transferred.

Delivery:

If you would like your box delivered in time for a particular occasion – please let us know the date so we can ensure we despatch the box in time. All our painted standard boxes are despatched within 10 days depending on the decorations and personalisation required.  Please contact us if it is very urgent as lead times are based on the box you are interested in.  (For Jumbo Pine hand-painted boxes please allow up to 21 days.  Boxes with engraved nameplates please allow up to 14 days) ** If you require your box by a particular date, please let us know and we can treat it as a priority.

Our standard Postage and Packaging cost is currently £8.95 – £9.95 for UK Mainland only via Parcel Force Express 24 (We use Parcelforce as we find them reliable and they look after our parcels and keep them safe)

FOR ALL ENQUIRIES TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES, PLEASE CONTACT US, AND WE WILL SEND YOU A PAYPAL  INVOICE (You do not need a Paypal account just choose the option to pay as a guest with debit or credit card on the log in page

Please note ANY deliveries to non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are £18.50 for 48 hrs via Parcelforce.

The Scottish Highlands and POSTCODES:  IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50 & ZE are all £18.50.

For The Republic of Ireland we use Parcelforce Euro Priority Business  at £25.40

For Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany and Monaco we use Parcelforce Euro Priority Business @ £25.40

Corsica, Italy, Spain, Greece and Portugal we use Parcelforce Euro Priority Business @ £39.90

For all other Countries  postage costs depend on the size and weight of the box so please contact us for a quotation.

If you are local to Droitwich or would like to collect your box, please use the Contact Us form and we will send you an invoice not including postage.

For standard Decorative Boxes and Baby Gift Sets we aim to despatch the goods within a few days.   If you particularly require your finished keepsake box urgently, please contact us before payment and we will advise you of our current lead time.  We will do our utmost to supply you within the time-frame required.
