How many days will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to despatch all standard boxes with minimal personalisation within 2-3 days. We use Parcel Force Express 24 a  very reliable 24hr delivery service, a signature is required on delivery.  For the ‘Photo on a Keepsake Box’ please allow 10 days to date of despatch and custom boxes with special personalisation, please allow 10-14 days until despatch. The Pine Jumbo Boxes and Natural Wood Varnished Boxes with the engraved nameplates can take longer so, if it is urgent, please let us know when you need it. For the XL Painted pined boxes please allow 2-3 weeks.

What is your delivery charge?

For UK mainland our standard delivery charge for standard boxes is £8.95. For natural Oak and Pine boxes the delivery charge is £9.95.  For smaller items, ie: Baby Record Books and Small Keepsake Gift Boxes, please refer to the individual items. For the Highlands, Islands and Ireland, please contact us for a postage cost because it can depend on the weight of the item ia Royal Mail.

What size are your boxes?

We offer a range of different sizes and recommend that you refer to the individual information pages for the sizes.

Do you Deliver to Republic of Ireland?

Yes, we would love to supply you in Ireland although the delivery charge via Parcelforce is dependant on the weight of the box with packaging - please Contact Us and we will qoute you and send you a Paypal invoice for payment if you wish to go ahead.  (You do not need a Paypal Account to pay via Paypal – just choose the option not to open an account) or give us a ring and we can take the order over the phone.

Can I order a Keepsake Box from another Country to be delivered within the UK?

Yes, you can although our website won’t accept direct payment from countries other than the UK.  Email us and we can send you a Paypal Invoice for payment from most countries for delivery within the UK.

Do you supply to the USA and Australia?

Sorry although we are not currently set up to supply to America or Australia.
