Read’s Creations are proud of our range of Wooden Keepsake Boxes which are growing all the time, so much more durable than cardboard, they are here to last. All our boxes can be personalised to your requirements and make lovely gifts for any occasion. Please contact us if you require a customised box, we will do our utmost to design a keepsake box of your choice.
All our boxes are a natural wooden product and hand finished, therefore, slight variations and imperfections are unavoidable. We take utmost care to ensure that all our boxes are finished to the highest quality.
Our painted wooden boxes are available in pale pink, white, pale blue, lavender, ivory in Large (33cm x 25cm x 15cm) or Larger sizes (34cm x 27cm x 16/17cm) All the boxes sized 33cm x 25cm x 15cm are available with a compartment tray. These hinged boxes are available in our ranges for babies, christening, bereavement, wedding, pets, men’s, adults and boxes for First Holy Communion, Baby Showers, Naming Ceremony, 21st birthday, anniversary and for any occasion you would like to order a special keepsake or memory box.

Our Boxes (size: 33cm x 25cm x 15cm) are now available with a two compartment tray – just add the compartment tray to your cart when ordering any of our white large keepsake boxes.

Photo on a Box or Acrylic – High quality UV protected laminated prints which are heat, water, scratch resistant and wipeable. The finished print is very durable and be careful of other methods which are liable to crack over time. Our finished prints are very long lasting to be treasured for many years to come. Please send us the largest image in .jpeg format preferably in landscape mode and ensure the print is a high quality image. We are sorry but we cannot perform miracles, a ‘out of focus’ image will remain blurred.
Wooden XL Jumbo Pine Keepsake boxes Quality Pine Boxes Made in the UK – A solid hinged pine wooden storage finger jointed box fitted with a lidstay and available in painted or lacquered Natural Pine, available with an option of a toggle catch or a hasp & staple and combination padlock. These boxes are also available with our acrylic tops which are wipeable and long lasting. A lockable storage box in wood which can be used to store anything from toys to mementoes, sewing to knitting to crafts.
These pine storage boxes are available with wooden engraved nameplates and wooden handpainted decorations with butterflies or flowers and they are an extra large size (40cm x 30cm x 25cm) suitable as a general keepsake storage box or a personalised bereavement memory box. All or wooden embellishments and engraved nameplates are varnished for easy cleaning and dusting.
The solid oak and solid pine keepsake boxes are Handmade locally in the UK. Fitted with a three compartment tray and a wooden ‘Treasures’ plaque or an option for an engraved name to replace ‘Treasures’. Comes with a traditional knob or a lockable hasp. Size: approx: 38cm x 28cm x 18cm – 13mm solid Oak – 18mm Solid Pine – We are now able to offer our Oak Boxes with Brass Hardware and a mortice lock with key.
Rustic Storage Boxes – These weatherproof recycled ply boxes are made locally and made in the style of Old Wine Boxes, decorated with a stencil on two ends and are supplied with a lid. Our customers use them for general storage in the Country Kitchen/Home or around the house for toys, cds etc. or planted with flowers for the garden.
The boys large wooden keepsake box or small toy box is handpainted pine. Size: 40cm x 30cm x 25cm We can paint these boxes in white, Pale Pink, Pale Blue, Ivory, Lavender, Lime Green or Royal Blue or Red. This box is available with an illustration ‘Top Secret’ and the name instead of the numbers or with the name of your choice on the front of the box and is fitted with a silver finish lid stay, and the inside base of the box is lined with felt. It is available with or without a locking hasp and staple and padlock and is available with a silver toggle catch.
A another addition to our range is our Finger Jointed Varnished Natural and Rustic Pine Boxes fitted with a gold finish lidstay and clasp with the option of a brass finish hasp & staple and combination padlock. The inside of these boxes is varnished wood and a lovely size to store all those keepsakes. Size: 35cm x 30cm x 18cm. Also available with varnished wooden embellishments and wooden engraved personalised nameplates/short message plaques.
You can add a wooden frame to hold a 6″ x 4″ photo on the inside lid of all our boxes except the Oak
