Returns and Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of some of our keepsake boxes, the following items are exempt from the right to cancel after you have given your approval to the final design.
Any product which is non standard, personalised or customised to a customers particular requirements.
For all standard design products please contact us any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please email or write to us. Please advise us as to why you wish to cancel and we will contact you to discuss further.
If, after discussion you still wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. Please ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. Any agreed refund will be payed to you.
The cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If there is a problem with the goods and you consider them to be faulty, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. Our aim is make our customers happy with their purchase and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues you may have.
